摘要
采用超声分散混合的方法,以纳米铝粉和纳米氧化钼为原料,制备了纳米含能材料Al-MoO_3。通过扫描电镜(SEM)和差热分析(DSC)对纳米含能材料Al-MoO_3进行了表征分析,同时进行了火焰感度、激光点火性能和电点火性能测试。结果表明:纳米含能材料Al-MoO_3是亚稳态分子间复合物的一种,它具有较好的火焰感度、激光点火感度和电点火感度,其50%感度分别为37.3cm、1.657mJ和462mA。
In this paper, the nano-energetic materials Al-MoO3 is prepared by immersing nano-Al and MoO3 powders in a solvent and then mixing them in an ultrasonic mixer. The performance of nano-energetic materials Al-MoO3 was analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), the flame sensitivity test, laser ignition and electricity ignition experiments have been carried out. The study shows that nano-energetic materials Al-MoO3 is a sort of metastable intermolecular composites (MIC) with better flame, laser ignition, electricity ignition sensitivity, its 50% sensitivity is 37.3cm, 1.657 mJ and 462mA respectively.
