摘要
教学等因素对免费师范生学习动力的影响表现为:老师的教学水平越高免费师范生对老师越喜爱,大学里所学课程将对今后工作产生的帮助大小决定了学生对目前课程设置合理程度的认可,免费师范生越喜爱数学对学好数学就越有信心.教学中应加强免费师范生数学文化方面的教育、提高教师的授课水平、理论联系实际、开设数学教育技术方面的课程.
Based on a comprehensive investigative research for all tuition-free normal university students in the mathematical major, it was obtained that there was space for stronger learning motivation and female students' learning motivation was stronger than male students'. There exist correlations among some factors. By using logistic model, we found that students who had confidence in mathematics, recognized the importance of mathematics and were fond of their teachers would have stronger learning motivation.
