静电照相转印过程与墨粉粘结力

摘要 静电照相复制技术的显影、转印、熔化和清理过程均涉及墨粉粘结力,很大程度上影响最终印刷品的质量。本文简要回顾墨粉粘结力研究的历史和现状,根据复制要求和已有研究成果说明转印过程的工艺特点和转印过程对墨粉粘结力的要求。 Toner adhesion is involved in almost all of electrophotograph reproduction technology such as develop, transfer, fusion and clean which will affects the final quality of print. A brief review was given regarding history and actuality in toner adhesion research area, and transfer process features and adhesion requirements were explained acoording to existing research results in this paper.
