摘要
青少年田径运动员在比赛中要取得理想成绩除了需要具有良好的身体素质和技、战术水平外,其赛前状态的好坏也非常重要,因此青少年田径运动员赛前竞技状态调整得是否恰当,对运动员技战术水平的发挥具有重要意义。本文结合理论和多年的实践,对青少年田径运动员赛前竞技状态的调整做了积极的探索,试图为青少年田径课余训练水平的提高提供一定的借鉴。
There is no doubt that good conditions of a track and field athlete' s physical quality as well as the high levels of his ( her ) competing technique and strategy play an important role in his( her) performance in the competitions. What also counts is the pre - competition state of the athlete. Thus how the athletes adjust their pre - competition state is of great importance to the appliance of their techniques and strategies. Based on related theories and years of practice, this essay is dealing with some significant research into the adjustment of the pre - competition state of the track and field athletes, in order to provide some references to improve the extracurricular training of track and field athletes in middle schools.
