摘要
在现今的教育体制下,高校普遍存在学习困难的学生。这些学习困难的学生,如果不能从自己的学习困境中自拔,就会因为学业上不能达到高等教育的要求而出现留级的现象。这些留级学生和其他学生无论从心态上还是行为上都有很大的差异,需要学生管理人员认真地做好这部分学生的工作,使他们能顺利地完成学业。
In the current education system, college students with learning difficulties are widespread. If they cannot improve their position, the repetition grade phenomenon will occur because they cannot meet the requirements of higher education. There are significant differences in mentality and behavior between the repetition grade students and the other students, so the student managers should do many works to enable them to successfully complete their studies.
