摘要 通过使用Geomagic软件的点云直接构造曲面技术,为摩托车新品开发、特别是整车外型零件的三维设计提供了新的设计思路和方法,对于一些不需要产品开模,只要产品简单外形三维数据、用于出二维检验图纸,或进行摩托车各部件虚拟装配、检查零件之间干涉等情况,可以快捷地构造出复杂的曲面外形,既简化了工作流程,又提高了处理摩托车各个零部件之间干涉问题的反映速度,有效保证了新品开发周期,提高了工作效率。 The technology that constructs directly the curved surface applying the dot cloud of the Geomagic software provides a new design consideration and a method for the development of new products, especially for the three-dimensional design of the parts of complete motorcycle appearance. For those parts needing not new dies, only the simple three-dimensional data of the products which is for getting the twodimensional checking drawings, or conducting the virtual assembly of motorcycle parts to check the interference between the parts will be enough to quickly construct the complicated curved appearance, which simplifies the work flow and raises the responsible speed of disposing the interference between the motorcycle parts, thus ensuring the development cycle of new products and improving the work efficiency.
