摘要
采用双复纤维作为吸收剂,在基体环氧树脂中平行、垂直、正交排列,制备出了吸波复合材料。分别研究了平行、垂直和正交排布双复纤维的微波吸收特性,并对双复纤维的吸波机理和吸波性能的影响因素作了初步探讨。结果表明:双复纤维的吸波性能不仅与碳纤维含量有关,还与双复纤维在基体中的排列方式有关,当双复纤维平行排布、含量为0.5%(质量分数)时,复合吸波材料最大反射衰减为-27.3dB,低于-5dB的有效带宽为3.2GHz;当双复纤维垂直排布时其吸波性能不明显;当双复纤维正交排布、含量为1%(质量分数)时,吸波复合材料最大反射衰减为-29.3dB,低于-5dB的有效带宽为3.6GHz。
The complex permittivity and permeability fiber was used as a microwave absorbent to make radar absorbing composites, with fiber bundles parallelly, vertically and orthogonally arranged in the epoxy resin. The microwave absorbing properties of the composites were investigated respectively. The absorbing mechanism of samples and the factors affecting the absorbing properties were briefly discussed. The results showed that not only the weight percent of fiber but also the fiber arrangement in the epoxy influenced the absorbing property. For sample with parallel-arrangement arid the fiber content of 0.5wt%, absorption of -27.3dB and the -5dB effective bandwidth of 3.2GHz was obtained. For sample with vertical-arrangement, the microwave absorption is not obvious. For sample with orthogonal-arrangement and the fiber content of 1wt%, -29.3dB and the -5dB effective bandwidth of 3.6GHz was obtained.
