摘要
厌氧消化是一种非常有用的废物处理方式,既能实现污染控制,又可回收能源,具有多种优势。而金属抑制是导致厌氧消化工艺运行不稳定的重要原因之一。综述了厌氧消化工艺金属抑制相关研究进展,分析了抑制机制,总结了其影响因素,并提出了解毒对策。分析表明,由于所用接种污泥、废物成分、试验条件和方法各不相同,金属抑制效应也各异。微生物驯化以及在厌氧消化前采取沉淀、吸附和螯合等方法,可减弱金属的抑制作用,从而显著改善废物处理的效率。
Anaerobic digestion is an attractive waste treatment practice in which both pollution control and energy recovery can be achieved. The metal ions, which include light metal ions and heavy metal ions,is one of the primary inhibitory substance that causes anaerobic digester upset or failure since it is present in substantial concentrations in wastes. This review provides a detailed summary of the research conducted on the metal ions inhibition of anaerobic processes. Due to the difference in anaerobic inoculum,waste composition,and experimental methods and conditions, literature results on inhibition vary widely. Adaptation of microorganisms to inhibitory substances and incorporation methods such as precipitation,sorption and chelation to remove or counteract toxicants before anaerobic digestion can significantly improve the waste treatment efficiency.
