随着经济发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,快递市场需求迅速增长,消费者对快递服务的时效要求越来越高。为使快递企业在激烈的市场竞争中占据有利地位,提供多样化、低成本、高时效的快递服务显得尤为关键。从计时管理的角度为国内快递服务过程规划了时间标准,详细说明了快递企业如何提供时效多样化的国内快递服务,如何提高每一种国内快递服务的时效,以增强快递企业的核心竞争力。
With the economic development and the improvement of people's living standard, the need grows rapidly for express delivery service. Consumers have an increasing demand for the time-efficiency of the express deliveries. To gain a competitiw advantage in the marketplace, it is vital for the express delivery firms to provide diversified, low-cost and high-efficient express service. This article provides a time standard for domestic express services from the time management perspective, explains in detail how an express organization can increase their core competitiveness by providing diversified and time-efficient domestic services.
