摘要
采用单丝反弹法测试了一系列国产PAN基CF的压缩强度,初步探讨了影响PAN基CF压缩强度的微观结构因素。实验结果表明,PAN基CF的压缩强度与纤维中石墨微晶的结构参数密切相关。随着石墨微晶层间距的减小,微晶尺寸(La,Lc)和择优取向程度的增大,CF试样的压缩强度下降,添加H3BO3高温热处理可减少CF表面的缺陷数,从而提高CF试样的压缩强度。
The compressive strength of a series of domestic PAN - based carbon fibers has been measured by a single fiber recoil test method. The induences of crystallite parameters on the compressive strength of PAN - CF have been discussed. The experimental results show that the compressive strength of PAN-CF depends on the structural parameters of graphite crystallites. The compressive strength of PAN - CF decreases with the decrease of interlayer distance, and with the increase of La, Lc and the degree of prefer orientation of graphite crystal lites. Reducing the defects on the surface of CF by adding H3BO3 heat treatment results in increasing its compressive strength.
