摘要
采用问卷调查与深度访谈相结合的方式进行研究,发现全科专业医学生进入社区卫生服务机构工作的意愿明显高于临床专业学生;待遇偏低、个人技术水平难以提高和社会支持度不高是导致医学生不愿及不能进入社区卫生服务机构工作的最主要原因。应加强对高校医学生到基层工作的教育;完善激励机制,提高社区全科医生待遇;加大宣传力度,强化媒体正面宣传。
Investigated data were collected in questionnaire as well as depth interviews,and found out that the students who major in general practice are more inclined to work in community health service centre than the students major in clinic medicine;poor treatment,hard to improve their level of medical treatment and low level of social acceptance are the main causes of medical students＇declination of being GPs in community health service centre.The solutions should be as follows：to encourage medical students to broaden their job search and consider working in grassroots communities,imoove the incentive mechanism and enhance the positive publicity.
