摘要
目的探讨超声在急腹症中的诊断价值。方法分析764例经超声诊断的急腹症,将其超声诊断结果与临床最后诊断结果进行对比,以判定超声检查与临床诊断的符合率。结果727例急腹症患者经超声检查能显示病变及周围情况,且超声诊断结果与临床最后诊断结果一致,符合率达95.1%。结论超声对急腹症的诊断具有重要的临床应用价值,超声检查可明确病变部位、程度及病变周围情况。
Objective To discuss the value of ultrasonic diagnosis of acute abdomen. Methods 764 patients with acute abdomen were diagnosed by uItrasonography, which was compared with the final clinical results. Results 727 patients＇lesions or peripheral disease can be showed by ultrasonography. The ultrasonic diagnosis results were consistent with the final clinical results （95.1%）. Conclusion The clinical application value of ultrasonography in diagnosis of acute abdomen is high and important, and the lesion site and degree and the disease around the lesion can be definitude by ultrasonography quickly.
