摘要
目的探讨采用JOG(轻跳)技术行大范围灌注成像的应用价值。方法40只雄性SD大鼠随机均分为两组。使用PHILIPS Brilliance 64 CT扫描机,利用JOG技术和常规技术分别对实验组和对照组的大鼠行全身或全脑灌注扫描。结果通过一次灌注扫描,实验组测得所有20只大鼠的脑组织、双肾、胰腺、下肢肌肉组织的灌注参数;对照组测得该组所有20只大鼠脑组织的灌注参数。结论采用JOG技术,通过一次扫描即可实现小动物全身或人体单个完整器官的灌注成像,具有临床应用前景和价值。
Objective To study the effect of the JOG perfusion scan sequence. Methods 40 male SD rats were randomly divided into 2 groups. PHILIPS Brilliance64 CT. JOG perfusion scan were performed on test group and controlled with general CT perfusion scans on control group. Result The data of brain, kidneys, pancreases and muscle in lower limb in test group and data of brain in control group were acquired. Conclusion Signal scan with JOG perfusion scan sequence can get he perfusion imaging of whole body in small animals or a whole organ in human.
