长期生存老年肿瘤患者合并症的有效综合评估有助于采取合理、有序、个体化的治疗措施。本文对长期生存老年肿瘤患者合并症评估的意义、目的、方法、对治疗的影响、预后及后期研究拟解决的问题进行综述。
