转Bt基因抗虫棉黄萎病发生规律探讨 被引量:9

摘要 1996~1997年系统调查了转Bt基因抗虫棉在平作棉田和麦套棉田黄萎病发生消长情况,结果表明,转Bt基因抗虫棉黄萎病发生规律与对照中棉所12存在较大差异。转Bt基因抗虫棉与对照品种相比,黄萎病发生前期,病株率低于对照品种,扩展缓慢,发病后期,扩展速度加快,病指超过对照品种,且全年隐症期短,在麦套棉田的发病高峰比对照品种推迟10d以上。从气象因子与病指和病株率的相关分析,温度与空气相对湿度对转Bt基因抗虫棉黄萎病指和病株率的相关系数绝对值均大于对照品种,且温度和空气相对湿度对转Bt基因抗虫棉黄萎病指的相关系数绝对值大于对其病株率的相关系数。 In 1996 ̄1997, systematic investigations were made on the fluctuation of Verticillium wilt in Bt transgenic cotton in cotton single-cropping and wheat-cotton double cropping field. The results showed that there is a great difference of the fluctuation of Verticillium wilt between Bt cotton and CRI12(CK). The disease incidence was lower than CK in the earlier stage development of Bt cotton Verticillium wilt. The development of Verticillium wilt in Bt cotton was slowly. The stage of concealment was short. The occurrence peak of Bt cotton were delayed at least ten days in wheat-cotton double cropping field. Absolute value correlation coefficient between the Bt cotton wilt index or disease incidence and the temperature or the humidity were higher than that of CK. Absolute value correlation coefficient between the Bt cotton wilt index and the temperature or the humidity were higher than that of Bt cotton disease incidence. There were significant correlation coefficient between the Bt cotton wilt index or disease incidence and hours of sunshine.
