The Development of ‘Xin Bai Feng’Peach Pollen

摘要 新白凤桃为雄性败育品种的主要授粉品种之一,其大部分花粉能育,败育花粉占8%~37.7%。花粉败育与药壁绒毡层无关。导致花粉败育的主要因素是由于花粉母细胞的不正常减数分裂,致使在减Ⅱ末期出现多于4核的大小不一的多核现象。在四分体时期,这些核被分配到4个子细胞中,因此部分子细胞中具2~3核现象。由异常减数分裂所产生的花粉粒,其细胞质和细胞核解体消失,而呈现空囊状的孢壁,或具细胞质和核的异形花粉。 Xin Bai Feng’Peach is one of the main peach pollination varieties. The pollen development of this variety was investigated by anatomy method. The results showed: Most of this pollen was fertile, only 8.0%~37.7% of it was sterile. The pollen sterility had nothing to do with tepetum in pollen sac wall. It was mainly because of the abnormal meiosis of the pollen mother cells. During meiosis telophase Ⅱ, pollen mother cells with 5~9 nucleus were observed. Afterwards daughter cells with 2~3 nucleus were produced from these pollen mother cells. The daughter cells led to the formation of abnormal pollen grains where the cell nucleus and cytoplasm dissolved and so the empty glume pollen grains were produced. Also, the abnormal shaped pollen grains with cytoplasm and uncleus were observed.
