摘要
通过介绍服务业发展水平对当地经济发展的重要性,建立了包括经济基础、服务业总体发展水平、主要服务行业的发展和人才科技水平四个评价指标,来反映地区服务业竞争力,使用模糊数学和熵权法对相关数据进行处理,判断区域服务业竞争力的大小,并依据哈尔滨地区的实际情况提出相应的调控政策,以提高当地服务业乃至整体经济的发展。
This paper describes the importance of service development level to the local economic development, established four evaluation index , including economic base, the development level of service industry, major service industry, and talent technology level to reflect the competitiveness of regional services. Then processing data use fuzzy and Entropy method to determine the size of the regional service competitiveness. And put forward relevant regulatory policies based on the actual situation in Harbin in order to improve local services as well as economic development.
