摘要
目的:探讨下颌单颌总义齿产生的原因和口腔修复临床特点。方法:对本科2004年6月～2006年6月收治的29例下颌单颌总义齿口腔修复患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:本组29例在戴用3个月～3年过程中非常满意的17例,比较满意的6例,一般满意的4例,不满意重做的2例。结论:正确的诊断及熟练的口腔修复技术是克服单颌总义齿在修复中的不利因素的有效措施,使单颌总义齿获得较好的修复效果保证。
Objective： To investigate the single-jaw mandibular complete denture causes and clinical features of oral rehabilitation. Methods： 29 cases of single-jaw mandibular complete denture prosthodontics clinical data were analyzed retrospectively from June 2004 to June 2006. Results： 29 cases in this group wore dentures from 3 months to 3 years, in all cases, very satisfied result was achieved in 17 cases, relatively satisfied in 6 cases, general satisfied in 4 cases, not satisfied with redo in 2 cases. Conclusion： The correct diagnosis and skilled in oral restoration techniques to overcome the single maxillary complete denture in the unfavorable factors in the repair of effective measures ,to enable the single maxillary complete denture repair to obtain better results guaranteed.
