摘要 试验研究采用阴离子聚合法中试合成的星形溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)的结构、性能以及在轮胎中的应用,并与国内外知名品牌的SSBR进行对比。结果表明,星形SSBR胎面胶的滚动阻力、抓着性能、模量和填料分散特性均优异;相应轮胎具有操纵灵活和高速性能好等特点。 The structure and properties of the star-shaped SSBR synthesized by anionic polymerization in pilot production and its application in green tire were studied and compared with other famous SSBR brands. The results showed that, the rolling resistance, traction, modulus and filler dispersibility of the star-shaped SSBR were very good,and tire made from the star-shaped SSBR had the characters of easy operation and good high-speed performance.
