摘要
超大型船舶主机功率庞大,废气排放热量可观。借助废气余热利用系统,可将部分排气热量转换为电能,达到节能的目的。船舶安装废气余热利用装置可提高燃油利用率。对于不同的船舶,须从工作可靠性与经济性综合考虑,选取适合的废气余热利用系统。通过系统静态特性的模拟分析,可合理预测和校验系统的实际工作情况,为船舶废气余热利用系统的设计提供正确的方法和必要的参考。由系统的热平衡计算,可求出系统的热力学参数,由系统部件的热力设计可得到系统各部件的结构、损失与效率。对船舶废气余热利用系统进行优化分析,可为系统部件提供最优工作参数,使系统达到最佳工作状态。
Power of the main engine of super lager ships is extraordinarily huge, and the exhaust heat with waste gas is respectable, which should use traditional way of the recovery and utilization of waste gas boiler. With utilizing waste heat system, part of exhaust heat is transferred into the electric energy to accomplish the aim of energy conservation. Ships installed with utilizing waste heat system can promote the utilization rate of'fuel by 12%. For different ships, utilizing waste heat system should be chosen properly as a comprehensive consideration of reliability and economy of working. Through simulation analysis of static characteristics of system, the actual working conditions of system can be properly forecast and checked, which provides right meaning and reference material for design of utilizing waste heat system of ships. We can find out the thermodynamic parameters by calculation of system heat balance, and the structure, loss and efficiency of all system units can be obtained by thermodynamic design of the system units. Optimal analysis of utilizing waste heat system of ships can provide the system units with optimum working parameters, and then the system is in the best working conditions.
