摘要
传动装置联接板是油田螺杆钻具橡胶定子硫化生产线的重要组成部分,是橡胶定子注射机注射时产生注射压力的关键联接部件。联接板的正常工作既保证了注射的稳定性和精度,又保证了橡胶定子制品的质量。利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,分析了联接板在注射压力的反作用力下各种力学性能的特征,通过对比改进,对联接板的结构进行了优化。
The connection plate of transmission device is an important component of the injection vulcanizing production line of oilfield screwed tool rubber stator, and key component which produce and deliver injection pressure. The normal work of the connection plate assures stable and centering accuracy of the injection ,and maintain the rubber stator' s quality. The article has analyzed all kinds of mechanical performance characteristics under the reaction of injection pressure using finite-element method, and then optimized the structure of the connection plate.
