急性脑卒中APACHE Ⅱ评分的应用价值 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨APACHEⅡ评分在预测急性脑卒中严重程度和预后中的作用。方法采用APACHEⅡ评分系统对153倒急性脑卒中患者进行评分分析。结果急性脑卒中患者APACHEⅡ评分为8～40（15．60±8．97）分，其分值病残程度4～7级者高于1～3级者，死亡组高于存活组（P均〈0．01）。随着分值增高，脑卒中的预测死亡风险率和实际病死率呈上升趋势（P〈0．01），且后两者之间呈正相关关系（r=0．91，P〈0．01）。蛄论APACHEⅡ评分系统对评估脑卒中患者病情程度及预后具有参考价值。
