摘要
废弃聚磺钻井液由于形成的聚合物-黏土颗粒网状结构力强,直接用絮凝的方法不能进行有效地固液分离处理。优选出了破坏聚合物形成交联结构的破胶氧化剂GLK-1和能使黏土颗粒趋于稳定的黏土颗粒稳定剂GXPJ-3,它们的适宜加量均为1%,GLK-1的最佳破胶时间为4.5h。通过加入破胶氧化剂和黏土颗粒稳定剂,再进行絮凝、离心固液分离处理,最终的固液分离效率约为85%。
Flocculation cannot be used in the separation of solid and liquid of the polymer-sulfonate drilling fluids because of the strong network structural force between polymer and clay particles.By adding a gel-breaking oxidizing agent,GLK-1,and a clay particle stabilizer,GXPJ-3,each at a concentration of 1%,into a polymer-sulfonate drilling fluid,the stability of the polymer-clay particle network is broken down and stabilized clay particles and free water are released.The optimum gel breaking time of GLK-1 is 4.5 h.Followed by further treatment of the drilling fluid such as flocculation and centrifuging,the solid-liquid separation efficiency can be as high as 85%.
