摘要
通过研究指出常规水基钻井液面临的予盾,并对膨润土的性质进行研究,提出利用弱凝胶替代膨润土在钻井液中作用的思路。以弱凝胶为基础配浆材料配制的钻井液,从根本上克服了钻井液既要保持膨润土细分散的胶体状态,又要保持泥页岩地层稳定、抑制钻屑在钻井液中分散所表现出来的矛盾。在使用各种强抑制剂、防塌剂提高井壁稳定的同时,不会破坏钻井液性能。通过研究,得出了弱凝胶和膨润土的流变性和造壁性十分相似,证实了弱凝胶替代膨润土的可性行。
This paper presented a new clue for water base drilling fluid formulation - use micro gel instead of bentonite to render drilling fluids viscosity and filtration control,as well as other advantages such as the inhibition of drilled cuttings. In micro gel drilling fluids the use of strong shale inhibitors will do no harm to the function of the drilling fluids.Drilling fluid formulated with micro gel has similar rheological behavior and mud cake property to those of the drilling fluid formulated with bentonite,showing the feasibility of replacing bentonite with micro gel.
