摘要
"以人为本"作为科学发展观的核心,其哲学内涵是深刻而全面的,它不只是价值观的问题,更是世界观、人生观与价值观的统一。高校在确立"以人为本"管理理念的同时,必须厘清认识上的一些误区,并在管理制度的法治化、制度化、科学化与和谐化建设等方面融入其思想内蕴,全面推动高校管理制度的建设与创新。
As the core of scientific outlook on development, people orientation has deep and comprehensive philosophical connotation, which not only involves the view of values, but also forms an organic unity of world out- look, life philosophy and values. Accompanied with the establishment of people - oriented management concept, some misunderstanding should be clarified, and its ideological implication should be integrated into the legalization, systemization, seientification and harmonization of management system construction to promote the construction and innovation of university management system entirely.
