摘要
提出一种变异啮合机制的新型齿形链的设计方法,并进行了试验研究。该设计方法阐述了新型齿形链、链轮、链轮滚刀的啮合设计和齿形链节距、边心距的求解。运用实例对新型齿形链和链轮的主要技术参数进行了计算。试验结果表明该新型齿形链的设计方法是科学的、切实可行的,其耐磨性能明显优于普通外啮合齿形链。该设计方法的应用可以从根本上提高齿形链的高速传动性能。
The designing method of a kind of new typed silent chain with mutation meshing mechanism has been put forward and an experimental study was carried out. This designing method expounded the meshing design of new typed silent chain, sprocket and sprocket hobhing cutter and the solution on the pitch, apothem of silent chain. By applying a living example the calculation on the main technological parameters of the new typed silent chain and sprocket were carried out. The result of experiment showed that the designing method of this new typed silent chain was scientific, practical and feasible; its wear-resisting property was obviously excelled than those of the common external meshing silent chain. The application of this designing method may fundamentally enhance the high speed transmission property of silent chain.
