摘要
【目的】探讨解剖型髋动力带锁钢板（anatomicaldynamichiplockplate，ADHLP）和动力髋螺钉（dynamichipscrew，DHS）治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。【方法】回顾分析2008年1月至2009年4月收治的34例ADHLP和30倒DHs治疗的老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者的临床资料，分别对一般资料、手术情况、术后并发症及髋关节功能进行评估分析。【结果]ADHCP术中出血量、术后引流量及术后并发症发生率均显著低于DHS组（P〈0．05），术后功能恢复显著优于DHS组（P〈0．05），两组手术时间差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。【结论]ADHLP治疗老年股骨转子间骨折具有较DHS侵袭性小，术后并发症少，术后功能恢复好的优势。
[Objective]To explore the effect of anatomical dynamic hip lock plate（ADHLP） and dynamic hip screw（DHS） for the treatment of aged patients with femoral intertrochanterie fractures. [Methods] A retrospective study of 63 patients with femoral intertrochanterie fractures from April 2008 to April 2009 were carried out. Totally 34 patients were treated with ADHLP, while 30 patients were treated with DHS. The data of operative time, blood loss, drainage, postoperative complications and functional recovery were recorded and compared. [Results]The differences in blood loss, drainage, postoperative complications and functional recovery between two groups had statistical significance （ P〈0. 05）. The difference in operation time between two groups had no statistical significance（ P〉0.05）. [Conclusion]ADHLP has more advantages to treat aged patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures.
