摘要
对某氢能源汽车两级高压气动减压阀进行了流场分析。首先分析了车载两级高压气动减压阀的工作过程,采用CFD(计算流体动力学)方法并利用Gambit及Fluent软件研究了阀腔内部的压力场和速度场分布,分析了两个阀口的减压作用,速度场分析结果表明阀内最高流速发生在阀口附件且偏下游的位置。
The flow field of high pressure reducing valve used on hydrogen vehicle was analyzed. The working process of high pressure reducing valve is introduced. By the CFD, Gambit and Fluent analysis, the pressure and velocity flow field are obtained. The effect of the valve ports are analyzed. The maximum velocity of valve appears at somewhere of downstream of the valve port.
