摘要
为了解决粉砂土路基施工成型难的问题,在黑龙江省嫩江流域粉砂土地区铺筑了试验路,研究选择适用于粉砂土路基施工的振动压路机和压实厚度,并对封层效果进行了试验分析。结果表明:粉砂土路基施工,小吨位的振动压路机难以满足压实质量要求,建议采用18吨以上的振动压路机;对于YZ18的大吨位振动压路机,30cm的压实厚度最为合理;在粉砂土路基顶面40cm范围内,铺筑黏土或无机结合料等材料做封层处理,能够满足质量检测要求。
In order to solve the forming difticulty problem in silt soil subgrade construction, the test roads were paved on the silt soil areas in Nen River Valley, Heilongjiang Province. Author studied and selected the vibratory roller and compaction thickness suitable for silt soil subgrade construction, and analyzed the seal coat effect by testing. The results showed that small tonnage vibratory miler is difficult to meet the requirement of compaction quality, so the vibratory miler in excess of 18 tons should be used; the 30cmcompaction thickness is most reasonable for YZ18 large tonnage vibratory miler in silt soil subgrade construction. The clay of inorganic binder is paved for seal coat treatment within 40cm on top surface of silt soil subgrade can satisfy the requirement of quality inspection.
