摘要
目的研究不同时期糖尿病患者肱动脉内皮舒张功能。方法选择76例研究对象,分为3组:健康对照组30名(Ⅰ组),糖尿病患病年龄<5年24例(Ⅱ组),>10年22例(Ⅲ组);在采用高分辨率超声的回声跟踪技术(ET)基础上实现的内皮依赖性血管舒张(FMD)检测技术,对患者肱动脉进行动态观察,间接检测血管内皮舒张功能,即比较静息状态下和反应性充血后肱动脉内径变化,计算反应性充血试验诱发的肱动脉内径百分变化率,来反映内皮功能。结果Ⅱ组及Ⅲ组患者FMD均低于对照组(P<0.01),Ⅲ组患者低于Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者短期病龄即有血管内皮舒张功能受损,这种受损随着病龄增加逐渐恶化,且高血脂是受损加重的重要因素,FMD可以对血管内皮功能改变进行早期客观的评价。
Objective To study the changes in endothelium-dependent vasodilatation in the different developmental phases of type 2 diabetes. Methods Seventy-six cases were selected and divided into healthy control group ( I ,30 cases), the type 2 diabetes course lower than 5 years group( II ,24 cases)and the type 2 diabetes course more than 10 years group( Ⅲ ,22 cases). To observe the brachial artery and brachial artery diameter was measured by FMD detection technology with underlaying echotracking (ET) without wound, before and after reactive hyperemia (RH). To calculate the percent change in brachial artery diameter (FMD) induced by reactive hyperemia to reflect its endothelial function indirectly. Results The FMD was significantly less in patients of( Ⅱ ) group and( Ⅲ )group than that in healthy subjects( I ) (P〈0.01) While in patients of ( Ⅲ )group, it was obviously lower than that in patients of ( Ⅱ )group (P〈0.05). Conclusion In the early phase of patients with type 2 diabetes, the endothelium-dependent vasodilatation is impaired,the impairment, which highly influenced by high serum lipid, gets more serious as time goes. FMD can evaluate endothelial function early and quantitatively.
