摘要
教育领导力应遵循可持续发展的原则,以可持续发展理论来进行构建。公正领导是可持续教育领导力的伦理诉求,应让每一位教师都拥有施展才华的机会,让每一个学生都享有平等接受教育的权利;延续领导是可持续教育领导力的核心理念,需要正确处理好代际领导、跨代领导以及延续领导培育的问题;共同领导是可持续教育领导力的坚强后盾,必须培育校长的团队领导力,打造教师的专业领导力和挖掘学生的潜在领导力。可持续教育领导力是一种尊重过去、基于现在、面向未来的动态发展性领导力,有助于推动学校的可持续改进。
Sustainable development is the essential way of human development, and we ought to follow its principles and theories to build educational leadership. First, justice leadership is the ethical demand of sustainable education leadership. We should make every teacher have the opportunity to display their talents and every student have equal right to receive education. Second, continuance leadership is the core concept of sustainable educational leadership. We must correctly handle the following questions: intergenerational leadership, cross-generation leadership and cultivating leadership. Finally, joint leadership is the firm backing'of sustainable educational leadership. We have to train principal's team leadership, teacher's professional leadership and student's potential leadership. Sustainable education leadership is a kind of dynamic developmental leadership which respects the past, bases on the current and faces the future. It will help to promote sustainable school improvement.
