摘要
为探讨围产感染与胎盘病理改变的关系，提高围产质量，1995年7月间对在我院分娩的244例产妇胎盘病理检查，可见胎盘炎症改变与新生儿肺炎、羊水胎粪污染之间有着显著性差异（P＜0．05）；而与早破水、宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息等的发生无显著性差异（P＞0．05）。提示当胎盘病理检查检出炎症，或发生羊水胎粪污染时，均应高度警惕围产儿感染的发生，及早采取预防感染的措施，以提高围产儿质量。
In order to inquire into the relatation between perinatal infection and placental pathological changes and improve the quality of perinatal period, in July 1995, we examined the placental of 244 parturcents who bore in our hospital. We can see there is significant difference between the pathological change of placental inflammation and the happening of neonatal pneumonia and meconium like amniotic fluid (P<0. 05), but there isn' t significant diference between the pathological changs of placental inflammation and the happening of premature rupture of membranes, fetal distress and asphyxia neontorum (P<0. 05). These remind us when it showed inftamnation in the placental pathological examination or amniotic fluid was polluted. We should keep watching on the happening of perinatal, take measure as soon as possible to preuent infection and the improve the quality of perinatal peciod.
