摘要
目的研究氟奋乃静癸酸酯对氯氮平血浓度是否有影响。方法在氯氮平达到稳态浓度以后，测一次氯氮平血浓度，然后在注射氟奋乃静癸酸酯一周以后，再测一次氯氮平血浓度。结果在注射氟奋乃静癸酸酯前后，氯氮平血浓度无明显改变（Ｐ＞００５）。
Objective It was estimated whether fluphenazine decanoate can influence clozapine serum concentration.Method It was examined for clozapine serum concentration after the stable state serum concentration of clozapine was reached.Thereafter,it was again examined for clozapine serum concentration at a week after fluphenazine decanoate was injected.Result Clozapine serum concentration was no significent differentces between pre-and post- fluphenazine decanoate(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination fluphenazine decanoate with clozapine does not increase risk of clozapine using.
