摘要
通过宏观及微观分析对250 mm的42CrMo钢连铸辊的开裂原因进行分析。结果表明,铸造缺陷、非金属夹杂物含量较多,调质处理温度过高、保温时间较长,以致形成粗大珠光体和大量的魏氏组织,是造成连铸辊开裂的主要原因。另外,存在应力集中,机加工应力过大也导致了连铸辊的开裂。
Cracking causes of 250 mm continuous casting roller with 42CrMo steel were analyzed by macro-microstructure analyses.The results show that the main reasons for cracking are that there are a lot of casting defect and serious nonmetallic inclusions,and coarse pearlite and plentiful Widmanstatten structure because of high austenitizing temperature and long holding time for quenching and tempering process,and stress concentration and machining excessive stress also lead to the crack of continuous casting roller.
