摘要
目的：研究闭合松解法治疗跖腱起点筋膜炎。方法：对专科门诊确诊为跖腱起点筋膜炎患者１１０例，随机分为治疗组８０例和对照组３０例，其治疗组采用闭合松解法，对照组采用封闭治疗，进行临床观察。结果：治疗组优良率达９２．５％，与对照组比较，两组间疗效有非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），其治疗组一次治愈率达６３．７％。结论：闭合松解法治疗跖腱起点筋膜炎疗效显著，符合科学理论，是目前较为先进、合理、科学的治疗方法。
Purpose:Study the closed and relaxed treatment for the osseoaponeurotic inflammation of digitoplantar starting point.Methods:Clinical observation and comparison were used in the 110 patients who suffered fronm the osseoaponurotic inflammation of the digitoplantar starting point,which was diagnosed by the special doctors.110 cases were divided into two groups.One group of 80 cases,called the experimental group of 30 cases,called the comparison group,were treated with the closed treatment.Results:The resutls showed that the better effect rate of the experimental group was 92.5%,which was (P<0.01)better,compared with the effect rate of the closed treatment.The healing rate in 80 cases reached 63.7% at a time.Conclusion:The closed and relaxed treatment for the osseoaponeurotic inflammation of the digitoplantar starting point has better effects.It agrees with the scielific theory.In the recent years,it has proved to be a more advanced.reasonable and scientific treatment method.It is of great value and worth usign in the clinical treatment.
