摘要
患者，女，77岁。因关节肿痛20余年、关节畸形6年于2007年9月于入院。20余年前出现腕关节红肿热痛，逐渐发展为膝、踝关节疼痛、肿胀，伴晨僵，每次持续〉60min。曾多次查类风湿因子（RF）（＋），ESR、CRP增高，
