摘要
当下,文化渗透进大学校园,以不可抗拒的力量影响着大学生的心理和精神世界。大学生道德人格教育,应采用一种有效的文化教化方式,通过对已有文化成果的提炼和概括,选取广泛的、高品质的教育素材,着重创设一种立体化、互动式的教育场景,实现教与学的视界融合。同时,将教师的模范品格、学识风范、榜样行为等在教书育人的过程中展现出来,以促进大学生的人性完善和人格养成。
Culture penetrating into college is influencing irresistibly the mind and spirit of the undergraduates now. The education of the moral personality of undergraduates should take a more effective culture education mode. Extracting high-quality educative material from the existing cultural heritage of mankind, and creating a kind of tridimensional and interactive educational scene make moral teaching and learning integrate. At the same time, exhibiting the paradigmatic virtue, wisdom and good behavior of teachers in the process of education promotes mature personality of the undergraduates.
