摘要 将耐冷强度不同的玉米自交系的三叶期幼苗进行4℃低温处理72小时发现,各自交系叶片中的总可溶性蛋白质含量在处理期间先增加后减少,不耐冷自交系变化显著。叶片细胞质、叶绿体和线粒体中可溶性蛋白质含量的变化趋势是,随着低温时间的延长,不耐冷自交系均显著减少。耐冷自交系除细胞质部分减少外,其余二细胞器都是先增加后减少,且只有叶绿体部分变化显著。经8℃低温诱导六天后,耐冷自交系的叶片细胞质中合成一种与耐冷性有关的新蛋白质。不耐冷自交系中没有新蛋白质合成。 When the seedlings from six maize inbred lines different in cold tolerance exposed to low temperature(4°C) for 79 hours, the total soluble protein content in their leaves increased at the beginning and then decreased as the treatment extended, and the change in the cold non—tolerant inbred lines was markedly The so luble protein contents in the cytoplasm, chloroplasts and mitochondria from the leaves of the cold non-tolera nt inbred line decreased markedly as the treatment extended In the cytoplasm from the leaves of the cold tolerant inbred line, the soluble protein content decreased gradually, but the soluble protein content in its chloroplasts and mitochondria increased at the beginning and then decreased as the treatment extended, and only the change in the chloroplasts was significant After six days exposed to low temperature (8℃), one new protein synthesized in the cytoplasm from the leaves of the cold tolerant inbred line, and this new protein was closely related to the cold tolerance of the inbred line.
