摘要
针对"飞机结构三维温度场有限元分析程序(ASTSA)",为了解决热阻单元的模型建立问题,提出对两接触面分别定义为主从壳元,在转换程序中实现热阻单元的设想。同时,对流单元、辐射单元应用MSC.Patran的壳单元来模拟并给出单元标志以区别于热传导壳单元;规定时间函数曲线在载荷窗体输入,单元死活、内部热生成等在材料参数窗体中输入;云图显示以MSC.Patran提供的模板格式形成。应用PCL为ASTSA开发了完整的前后置处理系统,为ASTSA的推广应用提供技术支持。
The aircraft structure three -dimensional temperature field (ASTSA) has been investigated independently. for the sake of solve the theamal contact resistance gridding to table a proposal . at the same time, convection and radiation gridding was adopted shell gridding, and come out the gridding flags. Stipulate import time function curve on the load windows, prescript import kill element and internal heat generation on the material windows. Apply MSC. Patran moulding board show the temperature isotherm. PCL language was used to complete the prepisitive and postposition system of ASTSA procedure, it becomes possible to apply ASTSA for the user.
