摘要
建立了同时检测水中17种有机氯农药和16种多环芳烃的气相色谱质谱分析方法。采用C18固相萃取技术萃取水中的有机氯农药和多环芳烃,分析了产生基质效应的主要原因,对不同基质样品进行了回收率比对试验。结果表明方法检出限(LOD)均低于2.0ng/L,方法所评估的定量限(LOQ)均低于20.0ng/L,回收率为70%~130%。
By improving chromatographic resolution and MS-MS scanning method, A gas chromatography-mass spectro- metric method which can quickly detect 17 organo-chlorinated pesticides and 16 kinds of polycyclic aromatics in water samples is established. The segment selected ion monitoring mode which increases sensitivity and lowers detection limits is adopted; stroma extraction standard correction method which can eliminate part matrix effects is also adopted. When the concentration of the subject is low, it will show higher accuracy and precision tests. The detection limits are always below 2.0 ng/L, the assessed limit of qautitation always below 20.0 ng/L and recoveries are between 70% and 130%.
