摘要
目的提高对盆腔脂肪增多症的诊治水平。方法回顾性分析4例盆腔脂肪增多症的诊治过程,结合文献复习讨论盆腔脂肪增多症诊治特点。结果术中可见盆腔脂肪组织明显增多,膀胱输尿管周围充满大量脂肪组织,与影像学表现一致。2例手术患者术后复查CTU示双肾、输尿管积水减轻。结论B超、X线、CT及MR I为本病的主要诊断依据,盆腔脂肪清除、输尿管膀胱再植术是治疗本病的有效方法。
Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment of pelvic lipomatosis in clinical practice. Methods 4 patients were retrospectively analyzed in our study with combination of the diagnosis and treatment of the disease. The clinical charaeteristics of pelvic lipomatosis were reviewed by combination with the literature. Results During the surgery apparently increased lipid tissue was found in the pelvic cavity and there was large amount of lipid tissue around the bladder and ureters. This finding was consistent with the imaging study findings. The CTU of two eases showed that there was improvement of bilateral hydronephrosis after surgery. Conclusion B-uhrasound,X-ray,CT scan and MRI were the most valuable examinations in the diagnosis of pelvic lipomatosis. Removing the lipid in the pelvis and replantation of the ureters by surgery were safe and effective in the treatment of pelvic lipomatosis.
