Cosmosmotion用于GT4B1型卷边封口机卷封机构运动分析

摘要 通过SolidW orks建立GT4B1型卷边封口机卷封机构三维模型,利用解析法得出卷边滚轮的运动方程,然后利用Cosmosmotion插件对卷封机构进行运动仿真,快速而准确地以曲线和表格的形式得到卷边滚轮的运动轨迹。大大节约了仿真和分析过程的工作量,仿真数据和结果对卷封机构的设计和校验具有指导作用。 The 3D model of seaming mechanism of GT4B1 double seaming machine was built with Solidworks and the motion equation of seaming roller was derived by analytical method. The motion simulation of seaming mechanism was carried out by Cosmosmotion and the path of seaming roller was derived quickly in the form of curve and excel. By means of Cosmosmotion,the workload of simulation and analysis was reduced greatly. The simulation results are useful for directing design and check of seaming mechanism.
