摘要
作为逆变焊机的重要组成部分,驱动电路发出驱动脉冲去控制功率器件(IGBT),从而调节逆变焊机的输出电压。介绍了基于CPLD的全桥移相零电压开关驱动技术,指出CPLD技术的优点,并详细分析了电路结构、工作原理。测试结果表明,使用CPLD设计IGBT驱动波形,控制方便、灵活。系统控制精度高、可靠性高。
As an important part of inverter welding machine,driver circuits exports drive pulses to drive power devices,and regulate the output voltage.This paper introduces the full-bridge-phase-shift ZVS driver technologybased on CPLD,and the advantages of CPLD.The sructure and opteration principle of the circuit are analyzed in detail.The testing results show that driver waveforms of IGBT realized by CPLD possess good adjustable,flexible control property.The precision of control and the reliability of the system were high enough.
