摘要
目的:探讨菱形皮瓣修复面部小面积缺损的疗效。方法:应用菱形皮瓣修复面部小面积缺损30例,缺损面积为0.5 cm×0.6 cm^3.0 cm×3.0 cm,供瓣区直接拉拢缝合。结果:术后30例皮瓣均成活良好,切口一期愈合,外形满意。结论:该方法操作方便,安全可靠,术后瘢痕不明显,适用于面部面积不大但又不宜直接缝合的创面的修复,值得推广。
Objective：To evaluate the effect of repairing the facial skin defect with the rhomboid flap.Methods：Thirty cases of small facial skin defects were repaired using rhomboid flaps;the facial skin defects ranged from 0.5 cm×0.6 cm to 3.0 cm×3.0 cm,and the donor site was directly sutured.Results：All the flaps survived with primary healing,and the cosmetic results were satisfactory.Conclusions：The rhomboid flap can be used for the coverage of small facial skin defects with satisfactory results.It is worth popularizing.
