摘要
目的探讨复方聚乙二醇电解质散溶液应用于老年人肠道准备的临床效果。方法将100例术前需肠道准备的患者随机分为新方法组和传统方法组,各50例,新方法组口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散溶液,传统方法组行灌肠法,观察肠道清洁度及术后肠功能恢复情况。结果新方法组肠道清洁度显著高于传统方法组(P值<0.05),术后首次排气、排便时间显著早于传统方法组(P值<0.05)。结论口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散溶液用于术前肠道准备效果理想,且术后肠功能恢复快。
Objective To approach the solution of Polyethylene Glycol Electrolytes powder to apply in the bowel preparation of the aged.Methods 100 patients who needed the intestinal tract preparation were randomly divided into the new method group and conventional routes group, each with 50 examples stochastically, the new method group takes orally the the solution of Polyethylene Glycol Electrolytes Powder, and the conventional routes group used the hypoclysis. And then observate the cleanliness of the intestinal tract and the functional recovery of the intestine after the operations.Results In the new method group, the intestinal tract cleanliness obviously was higher than that of the conventional routes group（P〈0.05）, after the operations, the exhausts for the first time. the bowel movement time obviously was earlier than that of the conventional routes group （ P〈0.05 ）.Conclusions To use the oral administration of the solution of Poly- ethylene Glycol Electrolytes Powder before the operations, the effect of the intestinal tract preparation was ideal, and the intestine function restored quickly after the operations.
