摘要 内毒素(LPS)是临床上引起急性肺损伤和急性呼吸窘迫综合征的重要原因。它直接损伤肺泡细胞是特殊机制;它激活机体导致肺部损伤引起炎性细胞在肺部聚集以及释放各种炎性介质与细胞因子是关键的发病机制;而LPS引起的肺部凝血与纤溶系统失衡均是重要的发病机制。近年来一些新分子的发现,进一步阐明LPS介导急性肺损伤的发病机制。 Lipopolysaccharide(LPS) played an important role on acute lung injury/acute respiratory distress syndrome in clinic. It directly damaged alveolar ceils which was a special mechanism;the crucial pathogenesis was that it activated the organism resulted in the lung injury,caused the inflammatory cells to gather in the lung, released variety inflammatory mediators and cytokines; and the important pathogenesis was that the imbalance of pulmonary coagulation and fibrinolytic system were induced by LPS. The recent discovery of some new elements furtherly clarified the pathogenesis of LPS causing acute lung injury.
