摘要 神经颗粒素(Ng)是新发现的一种分布在各个脑区的特异性突触后蛋白,在海马中分布广泛;相关研究表明神经颗粒素与学习记忆相关。Ng是蛋白激酶C的天然作用底物及钙调蛋白的储库,其参与在学习记忆中起重要作用的信号转导通路及突触可塑性。自神经颗粒素发现以来,很多学者对其生物学作用进行了大量的研究。Ng可能在学习、记忆、神经系统可塑性等生理性变化中具有重要作用。 Neurogranin is a brain-specific protein newly found, which isdistributed in the hippocampus inespecially. Studies showed that the Neurogranin associated with learning-memory. Ng is a protein kinase C substrate and calmodulin reservoir. It has been considered to play an important role in synaptic plasticity and learing and memory.. Many studies on neurogranin have been performed to examine its biological functions. It is suggested that Ng may play an important role in learning, memory and neuroplasticity.
