摘要
鉴于商会制衡国家的潜在势力,南京国民政府成立后对商会进行了整顿改组,但政府对商会的强权控制未能在短期内得以实现。改组后温州商会组织力量遭到削弱,但并没有完全丧失其独立性。在与政府诸多合作中,商会借助政府力量发挥自身能量,提高了为会员服务的能力,充分体现了商会的自主精神;而在反对政府控管的过程中,更让人真切感受商会与政府之间的不和谐音符强烈地跳动。这充分证明了商会具有较高程度的独立人格的商人团体的性质。
In view of the chamber of commerce＇s latent power to country, after NanJing national government＇s founding, they consolidate the chamber of commerce, but government＇s control power haven＇t been achieved in short order. After the consolidation, its organizational strength has been weakened, but haven＇t lose its independence. In the cooperation with government, the chamber of commerce unleashed self-power with government strength and enhancing the ability to serve the members, it showed its self-spiritual. But in the course of struggle with government, people were more heartfelt about the unharmonious note between them. It proved that the chamber of commerce have the nature of high level independent personality.
