摘要
本文报告１４５例骨折合并感染。其中开放骨折１２９例，闭合骨折１６例。开放骨折未作内固定发生感染６７例，内固定术后发生感染７８例。感染性长骨干骨折以外固定器治疗效果最好；骨端骨折可用简单的内固定。内固定术后感染者应严格石膏固定并保持引流通畅，观察４～６周。如有骨痂生长，可继续石膏固定直至骨愈合。否则应尽早取出内固定物。
cases of fracture with infection were reported,In all of these patients,129 cases were open fractures,and the others were close fractures.Infection occurred in 67 cases without internal fixation and 78 cases after internal fixation.The uses of external fixation in infected long bone shaft fracture have gotten best results.Simple internal fixation could also be used and plaster cast should be carried out with thorough drainage if infection occurred after internal fixation.If considerable amount of callus was formed in 4～6 weeks,the plaster cast should be kept on until the fractures healed,otherwise,the implant should be removed and stabilized the fracture with other method,for example external fixtures.
