基于数据包络模型的电力市场中环境效应分析

Analysis of environmental effects in electricity markets based on data envelopment

摘要 电力工业污染物的排放直接影响着当地的环境状况。不同地区的电能输送可以改变各地区原有的电力供应结构和能源消费结构,进而改变其各自的环境状况。分析了不同地区间电力互联对当地环境的影响,运用DEA方法和灰色关联度方法建立了环境效应评价模型。运用该模型可以确定区域间的电力输送对各地区环境的影响及其关键影响因素。结合我国电力市场的实际对该模型进行验证,计算结果表明了模型的有效性和实用性。 Pollution emissions of the power industry directly affects local environment,however,electricity transmission among different areas will change the original structures of power supply and energy consumption of every area,as well as their environmental conditions.The influence of grid interconnection on local environment was analyzed,and the methods of grey incidence degree and data envelopment analysis(DEA) were used to establish the environmental effect evaluation model.With the model,the impact of grid interconnection among various regions on local environment as well as the key influencing factors could be identified. Case study proved the model effective and practical.
